Last night Mona Zoet attended HKUST’s MBA program event and joined the panel discussion as a panel member to discuss the future job market relevance for MBA graduates.

Mona, along with the other panel members, discussed the trends in the employment landscape and the importance of various sets of transferable skills that an individual must carry in different fields. The discussion was lively and included many great tips for future MBA graduates and students of all other fields. Mona emphasised on knowing how to build meaningful relationships in the professional world as a way to move forward, as she believes being courageous and never stop trying is one of the key capabilities in our current job market.
