About the Event
Last 17th of September, in collaboration with the University of Bath, Mona Zoet, CEO and Founder of RegPac attended as a panel member in the session “Inspiring Future Leaders”.
In conjunction with Prof Veronica Hope Hailey, Wilf Blackburn, CEO of Prudential and alumnus, the talk encompassed Prof Hope Hailey’s key research of Trust and Leadership.
The discussion explored the following themes:
- Personal leadership qualities required for the future – how to build followership and trust?
- Future business challenges (broader context)
- How best to educate and train future leaders (role of University and industry)
- What are the softer skills required for success in the workplace?
