Policy Management Workshop

This workshop provided a blueprint for attendees on effective policy management in a dynamic business, regulatory, and risk environment. 

Attendees were able to learn aboutt policy management governance and processes that can be applied across the organisation at either an enterprise or a department level. This was learnt through lecture materials, collaboration with peers, as well as workshop tasks.
